Simple steps for a healthy smile were taught by Ms Sanya.

Use lukewarm water to wet your toothbrush.

Brush your teeth twice a day, morning and night.

Use a good-quality toothbrush.


Miss Sanya taught the students at ACT about art and craft too .

The students had fun doing art and craft activities.


Session was also taken on good food habits. They learned about which foods are good to eat and which ones to avoid.

Explanation was made easy by showing videos and various other tools were used to make them understand the importance dental care and good food habits.
